12 slices French baguette
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
shaved Parmesan cheese, to taste
- Preheat oven to broil.
- Lay baguette slices on lined Sheet Pan and lightly spray with oil using a spray pump. Broil for 2 min each side, or until golden.
- Combine tomatoes, sauce mix, oil, salt and pepper in a small mixing bowl.
- Spoon 1 tbsp mixture onto each baguette slice. Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.
