An easy breakfast put together in minutes. Make it up to two days in advance; top with nuts or seeds prior to serving. 


Ingredients
1 14 cups
2% plain Greek yogurt
1 12 tsp, or any sweet dip, your choice
1 cup
mixed berries
2 tbsp
mixed nuts or seeds, unsalted

Preparation
  1. Mix together yogurt and dip mix.
  2. Alternately layer with berries and nuts in tall glasses and serve.
Tips

Make it vegan: Substitute blended silken tofu in place of Greek yogurt.

Serve with 1 slice toast and 1 tsp nut butter.
