3 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into large pieces
2 cups milk, heated
- In a Multipurpose Pot, bring Nourish Broth and potatoes to a boil over high heat. Reduce temperature and simmer for 15 minutes until potatoes are tender.
- Using a potato masher, break potatoes into smaller pieces. Soup should still be 'lumpy'.
- Stir in hot milk and French Onion Dip Mix.
- Season to taste with Salt and Pepper. Reheat until hot. To prevent curdling, do not boil.
