Ingredients

Dressing

14 cup
olive oil
14 cup
milk, your choice
2 tbsp
2 tbsp
light mayonnaise or 2% plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp
lemon juice

Salad

1 head
romaine lettuce
1 cup
cherry tomatoes
13 cup
grated Parmesan cheese
, to taste

Toppings (optional): capers (drained & rinsed), croutons, lemon wedges

Preparation
  1. For dressing, using the Funnel, measure oil, milk, dressing mix, mayo, and lemon juice into Cruet. Screw on lid; shake to mix. If making ahead, cover and refrigerate up to 5 days.
  2. For salad, cut romaine into long spears and arrange on a Sheet Pan. Cut tomatoes in half; scatter overtop. Drizzle dressing overtop and finish with cheese and bacon topper.
Tips

Short on time? Purchase pre-chopped bagged romaine lettuce.

Perfectly Balance Your Plate

Serve with 4 oz (113 g) lean protein such as chicken breast or shrimp and 12 whole grain roll.
