red fruit (try strawberries, raspberries, and/or red apples) for garnish
1 tbsp
seeds or nuts, optional, for garnish

  1. In a blender, combine first seven ingredients. If you like it thicker, add ice cubes; for a thinner consistency, add water. Blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a bowl. Top attractively with fruit, whole food sprinkle, and seeds, if desired.
