If you like pina coladas…you’ll love this homemade version! Sweet pineapple & creamy coconut come together to whisk you away to an island paradise. With less sugar than those cloyingly sweet syrups you can find at the store, you can feel good about sippin’ these all summer long. 


Ingredients
2 tbsp
13 cup
hot water
12 cup
canned crushed pineapple, with juice
2 cups
ice cubes
2 oz (60 ml)
coconut rum, optional

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine mix and hot water. Stir until mix is dissolved. 
  2. Add to blender with crushed pineapple (including juice), ice cubes, and rum, if using. Blend until smooth.
